North Hoyle Offshore Wind Farm, Denbighshire/Flintshire

Base level of fund	£60,000 per annum index linked
Expected lifetime amount	Over £1.5 million
Fund Administration	The fund is administered by the two relevant local Community Partnerships that represent the area of benefit. Each Community Partnership is a fully constituted group and is made up of local volunteers, representing the town council, voluntary sector, local business community, residents associations and police. Each year the fund is split equally between the two community partnerships.
Area of benefit	This fund benefits the communities of Rhyl, Prestatyn and Meliden.

Rhyl Flats Offshore Wind Farm, Denbighshire/Flintshire

Fund Administration	Community and Voluntary Support Conwy manage the Conwy part of the fund. The decisions on fund allocation are made by a local grants panel. The Rhyl part of thefund is managed by Rhyl Community Partnership Management Committee.
Area of benefit	The fund supports communities living in Rhyl and the following wards in Conwy: Pensarn, Colwyn, Eirias, Gele, Glyn, Kinmel Bay, Llanddulas, Llandrillo yn Rhos, Llysfaen, Mochdre, Pentre Mawr, Rhiw & Towyn.

Fund Administration	The fund is administered by Antur Cymru and a panel of local people who make the decisions.
Area of benefit	The fund benefits the areas of Llanllwni, Llanfihangel Rhos-y-Corn, Llanegwad, Llanegwad, Abergwili, Llanllawddog, Llanpumsaint, Llanfihangel-ar-Arth and Llanfihangel-ar-Arth. Brechfa Forest – Area of benefit
Fund set up	In 2013 RWE carried out a detailed consultation on potential uses for the fund. A report was produced summarising this consultation. Clocaenog Forest Onshore Wind Farm, Denbigh

Fund Administration	Fund is administered by Community and Voluntary Support Conwy (CVSC).
Area of benefit	The Area of Benefit was finalised following careful consideration of the consultation results and additional feedback. A full explanation of the funding zones can be found in the results summary. Clocaenog Forest - Area of benefit
Fund set up	An extensive consultation was held for the fund in 2018, where a survey was made available giving local residents providing an opportunity to have their say on how the fund will operate. A summary of the results is available in English and Welsh: Consultation Results - English Consultation Results - Welsh CVSC were appointed as fund administrators following an open tender process. CVSC is a local charity with extensive grant making experience and a proven track record of supporting local communities. They have appointed a full time Fund Manager and completed recruitment of a decision making panel of local people. The panel will play a critical role in finalising the criteria and structure of the fund, making decisions about funding applications and shaping the future direction of the fund.
How can I apply?	The fund was opened early in March 2020 in response to COVID 19 for urgent applications, to help provide funding quickly for groups providing frontline support. The main fund is now open for applications from community groups. Mynydd y Gwair Onshore Wind Farm, Swansea

Base level of fund	£240,000 per annum and index linked to the Retail Price Index (RPI)
Date of operation	Fully operational from 2019
Expected lifetime amount	£6 million
Fund Administration	The Community Fund has been awarded to Swansea Council for Voluntary Service (SCVS). Decisions on the allocation of funds are taken by a grants panel made up of local people. With a membership of over 250 local organisations, SCVS is the umbrella body for the third sector in Swansea. SCVS offers advice, guidance, information, development, training and representation services on all issues linked with voluntary activity.
Area of benefit	The current area of benefit incldes the following council areas - Llangyfelach, Pontlliw and Tircoed, Pontarddulais, Mawr, Penllergaer, Clydach and Morriston.
